It could have been better - Supervisor AMC Entertainment Employee Review

Managers will write employees up for any perceived rule infringement regardless of whether or not the employee has received proper training. Training is severely lacking. Management wants bodies on the floor. AMC has very structured training modules which would be awesome if they were followed. The required Stubs program alienates customers. Managers are not out on the floor.
