      - you get free movies, popcorn, and drinks - friendly and positive employee culture - work is easy but boring

      Cons

      - some coworkers are lazy and you have to do extra to cover for them. supervisors frequently don't care. - trash runs

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
