Unethical Company - Anonymous employee AMC Entertainment Employee Review

Long hours. Some corporate staff are great, but others discriminate and retaliate. The way that the company is structured with reporting, hiring, and general operations, they are able to manipulate information and use the layers of operations to camouflage their real intent when needed. They boast that they self-police better than most companies, but in reality, they use the setup to gain information and either hold onto it, or use it, based on their own agenda. They mask their unethical company to the general public by protecting their "brand" and ensuring that at first glance that they look very progressive. I'd give this company a 0 star rating if I could.
