      Management don't know how to talk and treat employees and asking for stubs all day is annoying and low pay

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
