Pros
Great company to work for. They take care of their management teams and appreciate the hard work we put in.
Cons
Nothing against AMC - the biggest con is in the industry - nights, weekends and holidays! And dealing with all varieties of the population. Sometimes that's a good thing because it keeps things different but other times it can be a pain.
