Laid back environment run by people who have never worked as managers before so it’s easy to get away with anything
Cons
Management is under qualified for dealing with issues that are unique to management. Place is filthy with no incentive or accountability so the filth compounds into black mold all over the kitchen. Labor laws are violated daily, both federal and state. One example is quid quo pro being the only way to get anything done
