Pros
This is my fourth job and I've already been here two years because it's my favorite so far. I'll hold back things that are more location specific, but my hours are super flexible, the job itself is low-pressure, fun, straightforward, and it's overall a really great and positive environment. On top of that, at my location all of my managers and coworkers are so friendly and amazing to work with, so that definitely helps.
Cons
The only overall major con I have is that the pay is absolutely atrocious. If you are above 17, you won't be able to live working here unless you have a second job. The minimum wage in my state is notoriously low, but the pay for anybody in a supervisory position is STILL almost nonexistent.
