Free movies... I guess. First look at movies coming out. Still not worth what you have to put up with.
Cons
Where to start? Blatant favoritism. People that NEVER work closing shifts. Gm worked 3 days a week for a year so she could "plan a wedding". Verbal abuse, no incentives, and HR does absolutely nothing when called but immediately inform the person complained about so they can retaliate.
