Pros

Free lunch, "flexible" hours as long as flexible hours mean "more than what you legally have to, Kita

Cons

REALLY toxic company , spoiled with selfish behaviour at management level, you will not be valued, your own successes will be stolen by useless managers who are just good at taking credit for things they don't achieve themselves. Low salaries, no opportunities for growth you will need to work 2 jobs and will be paid the same if you somehow gets a promotion. Extra hours and week end mandatory, not paid, not convertible into days off Even better, "Management" has a private chat to talk dirty about their own employees and colleagues - great spirit! Oh and financially unstable and cutting costs since I left, do I guess things are worse now. AVOID - WORSE THAN BAD

Hello, We appreciate your feedback. It's important to us that AMBOSSians share both good and bad experiences so we can learn and improve from them. We would like to provide some additional information on some of the points you raised: - AMBOSS is in a strong financial position, and we apologize for not communicating this well while you were here. AMBOSS is close to profitability. We have a very long cash flow runway, and our revenue is growing very well. - We have been updating our salary ranges on many teams over the last year, and there are still a few teams that need to be addressed. - It's very unfortunate to hear that you were working late and/or on weekends without receiving any flex days in lieu. Our practice is to provide flex days off in lieu if someone has to work on a weekend, which is rare and emergency-based. - We will be rolling out manager training for all managers and leaders in the next few months. Your Talent Acquisition Team

Pros

Fun workplace. Travel to different office locations. Fun colleagues. Solid PTO. Office parties, and lots of food and booze!

Cons

Pay! Seriously way underpaid. Also, no bonuses, or equity. Didn’t check your email over the weekend to respond to a client? Slap on the wrist. (Want me to check my emails on a weekend? Pay me more.) No possibility to move up in most roles, unless you’re in engineering or product development. This place is a revolving door. People quit or get fired all the time. I’ve stopped learning new employee’s names. Management here is as diverse as my taste in wines. White and cold.
