Pros

good pay challenging work with lots to do decent benefits 3 weeks vacation freedom to work on your own work from home opportunities and flexible office space owners are great down to earth people cool and interesting products opportunities to advance and take on new projects

Cons

limited parking dated office space and equipment weird smelling break room... old sewer pipes maybe? new HR manager is not proficient at all.......................... extremely condescending, doesn't know how to mind her own busines and is always bossing people around micromanaging tasks she has zero involvement in. looked her up on linkedin and shocked to see she has 10 connections total yet has over 15 years experience in senior management. that resume was fluffed and stuffed i think. we had a compensation review as a team and she was quick to shut down staff when she didn't like what they had to say. literally my only complaint here. super questionable hire. im going to keep digging cause this cant be real......................

Pros

Working at AMBICO has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. It’s a place where you can truly get your hands on a wide range of projects, whether it's digital strategy, product storytelling, trade shows, internal comms, or collaborating directly with engineers and executive leadership. If you're someone who thrives wearing multiple hats, this environment will absolutely sharpen your skills. The people here are what make it special. The owners, Jack Shinder and Judah Silverman, are genuine, kind, and deeply invested in the company’s legacy and future. Steve Peterman, my direct manager, leads with empathy and trust, he always puts people first, and that made all the difference in how I grew in my role. AMBICO is in the midst of a major, positive transformation. They're investing in modernization, expanding their product reach, and building out stronger marketing and communications. I was given a lot of responsibility and visibility, and I'm grateful to Jennifer McGill for the opportunities and trust she placed in me. Her leadership has played a big part in the company's recent evolution. This is a company where, if you’re proactive and thoughtful, your voice can be heard and your work will matter.

Cons

Like any company going through change, things can sometimes feel fast-paced and in flux. If you’re looking for rigid structure or a super-polished process that doesn't change week to week, this might not be the right fit. But if you embrace change and see ambiguity as an opportunity to develop structure, you'll thrive.

Pros

It's the same thing every day, nothing new to learn.

Cons

Management doesn't take pride in hardwork. Im able to do every job here and they don't put incentive on my pay. So don't give them 2 cause they want 4. The place is old, falling apart, the bathroom smell like a sewer, lunch room is filthy, Some good people work there like 1/5. So be careful. People will throw you under a bus. Also people with anger is there, management does not care or hide in there office.
