Pros

Since joining the ADT Team at AMBA, I have sincerely enjoyed going to work every day. The Management Team is always there willing to help and are always positive when working with the team. Working remote can be difficult at some companies, however AMBA makes us all feel like we are in the same office together. From daily/weekly spiffs, to recognizing employees in many different ways, AMBA has felt like more of a family than anything else. I have also personally experienced AMBA going out of their way to be accommodating and understanding and things like that can never be taken for granted. I am truly glad that I found a home at AMBA, and I look forward to many years to come.

Cons

Phones can be slow at certain times of the year, however, plenty of leads are distributed during these times to keep the workday busy.

Pros

Amazing training, support, flexibility and pay!

Cons

Selling insurance isnt the most fun thing to do but given that this company provides all that it does and makes it very flexible, id say its worth it.

Pros

Pros: The work itself is interesting and varied — you'll wear a lot of hats and get exposure to things well beyond a typical paralegal role. If you like learning new areas and being resourceful, there's no shortage of opportunity to grow your skill set.

Cons

Cons: Processes can be disorganized, which means you're often building the plane while flying it. Compensation doesn't always reflect the scope of what's being asked, and recognition tends to be inconsistent. Management could benefit from more transparency and a stronger merit-based approach.
