      A company built on strong values and a true commitment to inspire the employees and the community. All the employees are encouraged to be industry leaders in the their specific roles. Great mentor-ship and employee training programs. A culture that enables you to be a part of something big.

      Difficult to be a part of all the initiatives/programs.

      Pros

      Busy workplace. Great to work as a newbie in the industry. Lots to learn. Some good staff.

      Cons

      You'll be lowballed with your first offer. Systems are pretty prehistoric compared to other companies in construction. Workforce is pretty diverse. IT needs a complete rehaul. Employees have a lunch every month as a boost - Bottom of the barrel stuff.
