Pros
Overtime, Health insurance premium is low, if you keep customers happy managers don't really get involved in your work, pay begins when leaving house and ends when back home
Cons
when you get hired you are told not to look at the per hour pay because you get more but management can take overtime away when ever they feel like it, since pay rate is low its hard to keep quality people, pay per hour is low when compared to other companies, not an 8 hour job, usually end up working 10+ hours, not much career advancement opportunities,
