Nonsensical Decisions & Questionable Management Style - Anonymous employee AM FRESH Employee Review

Hugely top heavy structure which is getting worse since I've left. Not recruiting team members within departments but hiring extra people (and sometimes duplicate positions). Lack of communication cross departments (even with all these management positions!) has contributed to losses in recent years.
