Pros

If you have a wife or girlfriend you hate being at home with, you will enjoy never being home and never having money to spend on her.

Cons

- Never know when you get off work - Poor Management - Denies Workman Comp Claims - Plan on making $7.25 an hour even though they promise more - They break bonuses up over a year because they have such a high turnover no one stays that long. - Poor Benefits just equal more deductions on your check - Pay for your tools - Charge $25 a week for vehicle use - Poor communication - If you have a family, expect never to be home - Work 65+ hours a week at minimum wage - ADP Piece Rate pay = Poor pay - Stats and metrics will never be good enough - Incentive program is pennies on points you acquire. - Does not care about you or your family - Requires you to clock out to fix any mistakes - Make you work during winter storms and bad weather - Forced to crawl under flooded house crawlspaces or get fired - Poor HR - Do as I have and record all phone call attempts and conversations with CallRecord App so you have proof when you turn in company phone - GPS on vehicles and constantly nag about everything - Monitor what you do and say on company cell phones - High Turnover including management - If you get hurt they will say you either didn't turn it in or deny you ever called to explain it
