The management is criminal. Analysis adjusted according to client's needs, quality standards pretty much ignored (samples mixed with each others!), wages absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention how staff is treated, there used to be a 20% shift allowance which was then cancelled for business reasons. So why taking a PhD in science if then your wage is going to be 13k per month? Expect to have monkeys instead of colleagues and a nest of snakes instead of an HR office, that's what Alcontrol is about.
