Pros
The office culture is pretty relaxed and informal, and, depending on your department, you may end up with some very cool co-workers. There's a huge amount of diversity, and you'll get the opportunity to hear multiple languages, and taste multiple cuisines, every day.
Cons
The company is experiencing serious growing pains in transforming from a large mom-and-pop shop to a company ready for an IPO. The human resources department is non-existent, pay is largely dependent on the whims of management, everyone is overworked (and feels that they are underpaid), and many of the officers are happy to shift most of their work and responsibility onto their employees while keeping the credit. There are few truly effective systems in place for really efficient day-to-day operation.
