Pros
- great colleagues, all young (lots of trauma bonding, so you'll make friends easily!!) - regular meetings with your manager - if you have no hobbies, no purpose and no desire to do anything of your free time, this job is for you ;)
Cons
- the management. Good luck. - they hire fresh graduates or young professionals with little work experience and make them believe it is normal to be overworked, so many colleagues went on burnout, cried in toilets etc.. - terrible onboarding. takes months to be autonomous as a result. - TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC. Especially engineering division. - I was told i cant possibly be tired because i wasn't working 80 hours a week... The contract says 40h/week (you'll probably get fired if you stick to 40 hours a week ahahah) - the kind of place where you need to be in at 8:30am and if the director catches you going home at 18h30 he will ask if you took the afternoon off.. (so if you like feeling sooooo guilty for following your work hours AND doing overtime —but not enough, then this is the place for you!)
