Pros

Hard to think of any pros.

Cons

The salaries are too low compared to any other companies in the region. Your salary will vary depending on your nationality and not your background experience. After a year you have the annual review where they make you feel like you had zero progress in order to give you a raise of 1% or not at all. (Just a fact: Many female employees didn't have a raise this year) If you don't speak French and you want to change clients this can't be the case for you, since 90% of their earnings come from 1 international client. The managers come and go, you will change manager every once in a while and of course, they don't keep track of your career goals. It is possible your own manager will contact you again on LinkedIn to offer you an opportunity because he/she doesn't even remember who you are. If you have any experience and you can land a job in another environment, just do yourself a favor and don't engage.

Pros

Working at this company has been a truly positive experience for me. It’s a place where I’ve been able to learn and develop my skills, and I really appreciate that they invest in my growth by paying for my certifications. I’m also involved in special projects with high added value, which has had a strong impact on my career development. What makes the biggest difference for me is the way they support me as a mom. Having the option to work remotely when needed is extremely important, and it’s something we rarely find elsewhere. I’ve never felt judged for being a mother—quite the opposite. They understand my responsibilities at home while ensuring that the client is always satisfied. This balance means a lot to me, and it makes me feel valued both as an employee and as a person. Overall, I’m truly grateful to be part of a company that invests in my future, trusts me with meaningful work, and respects my personal needs.

Cons

Due to the global economic situation, salary increases and bonuses have been impacted.
