Pros
- on average a lot of young colleagues so nice to start your career here after graduating. - a lease car is possible or mobility plan - no overtime - if you’re placed on a nice project it’s fine
Cons
- no or barely any salary difference for HBO/ bachelor/ masters education - some joiners start with a “master class” of training for a specific role, which means you now get a lower salary compared to other joiners/ consultants. Also, you then have to sign a contract so you pay the company 2.5-5k € if you leave in the first 2 years. - annual review and salary raise is vague and management stands too far from consultants to give funded feedback or make funded decision on e.g. raise - you have to be lucky with the project you’re placed on by management. Management is more interested in keeping you as a consultant on projects than keeping you happy. - some very common secondary terms are not present; no bike plan or vitality plan.
