Biggest pro is a very flexible work environment. Easy to take time off, flexible hours.
Cons
-Long hours, lots of the weekend work, and tons of pressure to complete projects regardless of issues in the lab. -Employee turnover also means lots of training and bad employees get to keep their job. -Pay is pretty abysmal for the skills/experience required
