      Friendly people, good management, training provided and there is always support in the lab when needed. Flexible working hours, long break times, overall a very good atmosphere!

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
