      A lot to learn for fresh graduate and the variety of sample types allow you to learn a lot.

      a lot overtime that was not appreciated

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
