Safety in the work place is high priority. If injury occurs treatment is assured unlike my previous workplace. Learning is available to improve your standing in the company and there is staff who work part time and study. Myself I am in a position where if we have a need or problem I get to solve it as a team or develop new ways to address it. In the department I work in there is no politics just a good team environment with a focus on quality and safety. It's one of the better work environments I have been in.
