There are so many different opportunities here for someone who is willing to work hard. Management will try and build the job around the person and get you involved in things outside of your job description that you are passionate about. Tight kit family atmosphere is refreshing.

PTO plan is not great at first, however management is flexible

Flexible scheduling, and most of the entry level employees are decent. They also pay for a few dollars of your healthcare, you know the bare minimum.

The environment is based on competition with your coworkers and fear from management. If you know anything about management you know this is a recipe for disaster. The coworkers are quick to throw you under the buss and management is even quicker to roll there eyes and not do a single thing because it inconveniences them. They don't care whatsoever about the employees and nobody respects anyone including the management with each other. There slogan is a lie. They aren't "making lives better" they are lining the owners pockets.
