Production folks are the heart and backbone of this machine manufacturing Co. They go out of their way to assist even while lacking direction and leadership from engineering.
Cons
No real controls engineering philosophy implementation. Silos of knowledge provide virtually no historica engineering direction or documentation. No process description or scope of work from which to design or program PLC or HMI. Engineering Manager has limited electrical knowledge and most engineering documentation reflects poor planning, checking phases, lacking project execution knowledge and poor project design document gathering databases. The measurable amount of electrical corrective action pushed to end of project during commissioning reflects lacking quality control, process design verification, and FEED engineering design documentation understanding.
