      Flex time Decent pay and benefits Casual dress code Friendly environment

      Cons

      - Hired for a job that didn't really exist and wasted my time for 6 months before moving to another division - That job didn't really exist either. Continued to waste my time. - Managers don't do a good job of managing and seem to have little interest in training assistants to actually know anything - Technology is terribly lacking. Hard to understand how anything is actually done around here.

      -Quick, nimble company -Opportunity to wear multiple hats and grow your job description based on the smaller companies under the ALLSTAR umbrella -Great 401k match -Open door policy - C-level have a pulse on the ops and are checking in -Emphasis on IT and innovating their tech/operating systems

      -The health benefits -MGAs, so treaties in play and at times succumbing to re-insurers demands

      Heavily micro-managed, wildly un-realistic deadlines, oodles of overtime required for the constant re-work due to lack of any requirements or acceptance criteria
