      It used to be a fun place to work until AutoZone took over, eliminated a lot of benefits and brought in clueless management.

      Cons

      Loss of so many benefits, day-to-day fear of losing your job. Management is clueless as to what customers want or need.

      Pros

      Training is great, corporate people are decent folks

      Cons

      Depending on region Snap-on and lower cost competitors will eat your lunch. No reoccurring sales. Your a Mongol on the hunt always pillaging. It firmly in the hunter side. Cold calling hell and move on to the next victim
