      Inclusive, great technology, great people whose values are aligned and share the same end goal. Great location and flexible working. Innovative with a great future.

      Cons

      None. The business has been a rollercoaster but always comes out on top and that's down to the SLT and the technology.

      Pros

      Stock Plan is very generous, early joiners can get real wealth creation, Office is great, benefits and culture at the forefront in terms of management focus.

      Cons

      Could always do with more people but thats start-ups!
