>Project times scales and budgets are straight out of la la land. >Projects and custom only with the US DoW. >Bonuses are as good as dead and gone since Paul took over as CEO. >Leadership (ELT) are not quite as sharp and as knowledgeable in this industry as required, they lack the understanding of the product and market and they surround themselves with toxic and useless middle management (SLT - yes, that's what they call themselves...), and they fool ELT with ease. >The company has been run to the brink of administration and the company has been on life support for the past 2 years. Despite what the headlines suggest, it's a failing company and unlikely to last long under new ownership. >All of the equity in the company has been hoovered up by private equity investors leaving absolutely nothing for the staff after all their hard work, sadly a victim of another UK technology company lost to American private equity
