Pros
The company offers strong earning potential for high performers and regularly hosts enjoyable team events outside the office.
Cons
Management may tell employees they are performing well and on track, only for them to be terminated shortly afterward with little or no explanation. This made it difficult to trust performance feedback. The company appears to invest heavily in parties, events, and outings while simultaneously conducting layoffs and frequently letting go of revenue employees. Employee turnover is high. In a roughly 40-person office, there were more than 15 departures within a year. The office culture can feel cliquey at times, making it challenging for some employees to feel fully included. Leadership also stated that termination should never come as a surprise, but that was not always reflected in practice. Additionally, discussions about former employees occasionally came across as unprofessional, which contributed to concerns about workplace culture and respect for departing team members.
