      Pros

      Nice mission on the surface to provide free learning to the masses and a lot of people are benefitting from that.

      Cons

      No structure or leadership. You are encouraged to think for yourself but punished if you do. Employing "cheap" labour all around the world, but the whole org is dysfunctional.

      The company had a remote culture.

      Cons

      The senior management was cruel. I was yelled at and mistreated on multiple occasions, but no action was taken despite bringing up issues to seniors.
