      Pros

      Free breakfast and snacks. That’s about it.

      Cons

      There is so much confusion and chaos within this company. The CEO and “executives” show blatantly disrespect and disregard to their employees. No one knows what is going on. Everyday it is something different. This app will never gain any traction or success if they continue to devalue their employees. People are let go because of issues going on within the company... most of which come down to money. If you can’t afford the employees you actually enjoy the working they are doing, don’t hire them in the first place.

      Pros

      The work environment is fantastic. Great people to work with and a great location in Downtown Nashville. Everyone is very great at what they do and fun to be around. Getting in on the ground floor of a start up can be crazy and hectic but also fun and exciting. Things do move fast and shift around but it keeps you on your feet. Sometimes you are pulled into things outside of your area of expertise but you learn quickly and get a chance to show what you can do for the company. One of the best things about working at a start up is getting to watch the company grow. If you are passionate about the company, you are set! The company also offers great benefits and time off when you are an employee of the company. We make sure to take care of each other and lift each other up and create a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Some people are not suited for a fast paced environment like ours but if you can keep up with the changes, you are good to go.
