Pros
The employees you get to work with are great for the most part, but severely overworked and underpaid.
Cons
Low wages. They will work you to death, see statistics showing how much extra slack you are picking up and repay you by giving you more work and giving the slackers recognition. CEO is a creep and throws temper tantrums like a child. Upper management are soulless robots that need assistance printing a pdf. If you get your coffee at the Keurig in the morning you'll hear multiple conversations about people crying in their car before they come in, because they hate it so much.
