      Pros

      I didn't have an Ag background when I started but everyone was super welcoming and now really enjoy knowing what I do helps our farmers is very rewarding. Down to earth culture with little drama compared to other places I have been. Good pay and benefits. Definitely a place you can make a career out of.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of right now for things that need improvement from my perspective.

      Pros

      Management was great, work was interesting enough, customers were nice, allowed to stand or sit when doing most tasks, pays well considering the low-stress and pleasant atmosphere of the job.

      Cons

      Hours depend upon harvest volume, but it's perfect for those only looking for 10-15hrs/wk
