Could be a good company if the owners valued and looked after their staff better. No value system in place. Processes are poor and not followed.

Staff turnover is terrible! Lack of engagement. No staff meetings. No cultural or ethical behaviours practised. Really bad processes or non at all.

Working for an Agile and evolving organisation keeps you busy and interested.

Small teams = Larger work loads. However those who work hard are rewarded for it.
