Environmental Scientist - Anonymous ALC Environmental Employee Review

While working at ALC I had the opprotunity to take on a diverse work load and explore many different facets of sales and market. My superiors were incredibly supportive and always recepitve on new ideas or suggestions I would bring to the table, even being a junior employee. The culture while in the office was always warm and inviting and the work load was never too much or too little.

Growing company so there can be times when work load is higher, but this true of any company and much better to be at growing firm!

Small team, easy to get in conact with supervisors. Coworkers all very helpful.

While I worked there parts of their process seemed outmoded; Heavy reliance on paper forms, which led to at least one incident where an inspector losing a paper form caused problems for multiple teams.
