AL Solutions finds the balance between young & hungry, and professional & caring. Recruiters often get stereotyped and on occasions receive harsh critics, which had built up a perspective of what working in a recruitment company might be like. That belief changed after my first week with ALS. There aren't many faults to name. It's a young company with a lot to learn, but it's doing everything it can to improve.
