      Had a lot autonomy in my position

      Cons

      Management was the boys club. I experienced quite a bit of misogyny while working there. No innovative thinking or ways to approach the outdated service.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
