With the awful rebrand that they likely paid thousands for (Akka + Modis = Akkodis) they’ll likely sink their own business to the bottom of the ocean floor in no time.
Cons
Lack of opportunity for any true growth unless you are one of the select few the President bothers to acknowledge as the company does not post opportunities but rather cherry picks their favourites for advancement. People receiving multiple large promotions in short periods of time (less than 2 years), these promotions are not being opened for others to apply too. The people doing the work have no advancement opportunity which is why this company has always been too top heavy with high turnover at the line level. Competing priorities. Every year it’s a new must sell and push project, offering etc that are never fully fleshed our and inevitably fail. Some consistency in vision, direction and long term strategic plans would benefit this organization greatly.
