Great people and culture. Strong technical team. Sought after engineering firm.

Could be better focused. Need more accountability at the top.

AKF was a pretty good first job out of college. Learned a ton, everyone around was willing to help teach. Lots of really cool and interesting projects. Lots of educational opportunities. They were open to letting you work on multiple teams if you were interested in various different things. They were very flexible with work from home and the office culture was very friendly, lots of fun events.

The pay was never great and did not seem like it would get better. Lots of burn-out and turnover, people were overworked, always stressed, not a lot of support or resources. Super sticklers about timesheets and money always seemed to be an issue.
