Pros

They offer great benefits. Most of the people are smart, talented, and hardworking.

Cons

Lack of gender diversity in leadership: They shared an objective earlier this year to increase female representation and then hired a white male CMO, white male CFO, white male Chief of Staff, white male Head of Partnerships. 8 out of 9 ELT members are men. All directors and managers in the engineering org are men. Lack of leadership experience: several members of leadership are difficult to work for/with due to being combative, accusatory, and/or defensive, while several others are essentially non-existent and completely hands off. Lack of structure: this is typical of a startup but worth calling out as a con. Personally I don't mind it, but if you need or enjoy structure and consistent communication around changes, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

- Supportive, energetic coworkers who are great at what they do. - AI in healthcare is a very exciting place to be right now. A lot of opportunity for growth and positive impact in a critical space for Americans. - A lot of freedom to develop skills and define processes. Have not been micromanaged or boxed into current role definitions. - Opportunity to shape and define workflows without getting bogged down in process. Overall this is a great place to work. Impressive leadership team with a clear vision and goal. The team all the way down is able to execute projects and reach ambitious goals, allowing the company to scale smoothly and quickly.

Cons

If you don't like the (slightly) chaotic and fast paced startup environment, this would be a challenging place to be.
