      Pros

      It is a three and two schedule. The staff such as Foreman Robert Gaeta is amazing and have no doubt will help you out on your AJM journey. HR Gabe is also very professional! Paid time off including select holidays!

      Cons

      Hard work this will get you in tip top shape. Forklift drivers seem to rotate to much there so it is hard to build a relationship which is needed to accomplish your job as a stacker/packer.

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
