      Pros

      Almost all of the people are friendly and easy to get along with. Pleasant work environment, I enjoy my job and all the people that I work directly with.

      Cons

      Salaried employees are still required to "punch a clock". Strict dress code, especially for the guys. The office remodel that never seems to be making any progress toward completion.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
