      its a place to apply if you want a job where you can start right away

      Cons

      trainers are third language english speakers they are not fluent , the workers are rude employees, rude supervisor and assistants bad pay general labor like this will make you hate your job , the rules of the company are so easy to break

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
