Not a good culture - Senior Leadership AJIO Employee Review

1. Absolute lack of empowerment. Controlled by COE in Mumbai and Mumbai leaders 2. No transparency. Its either their way or highway. 3. Leadership lacks clarity and long term vision for an ecommerce firm 4. Tech is poor in its execution and skills which is atypical of a new age technology company. 5. Senior management is very slow in decision making which hampers productivity 6. HR- pretty much non existent with absolute lack of empathy. 7. Compensation is very poor with yearly hikes being very low.
