There are no negatives and for a firm that has been established for over 30 years, I credit the ajc team for continually learning and improving the business and the opportunities provided to staff.

The office is generally quiet, usually background music is playing. It was easy to concentrate. If you have a question about how to do a task, folks are very busy but will find time later in the week to explain.

Folks are overworked and the principles are very stressed out, it was genuinely concerning to me and I was worried about them. Friday the office is closed but most people come in when deadlines are approaching. There is a lack of standards for drawings and office procedures. The Revit family folder and dated policies were alarming. You must sign out like an elementary school front office.
