Friendly employer and Employees, easy processing of personal favors. Equal importance given to all the staff members.

Obsolete methods and rhetoric practices, though they are trying to upgrade to the latest technology from the past months.

The pay was decent for the most part. At times, alot of mandatory overtime.

Insurance was not as good as it should/could be for this sized company. There was alot of "playing favorites" in every aspect of the buisness. No accountability or follow through.
