Pros

Great new environment with wonderful people and leadership. Love the changes and growth! Management is listening and seems to really care.

Cons

Change is tough for some, keep weeding them out. More bathroom stalls and increase 401K.

Everyone responds differently to change and AIT values all of our co-workers, including those who are struggling with change. After all, motivating teammates to achieve high performance is part of the company’s culture. AIT leadership seeks to nurture our talent and help individuals grow in their roles to become their best professional selves. You mentioned the 401(k) plan and coincidentally, this benefit is the topic of a recently submitted question to the company’s Ask the Executives forum. Watch for a response which will appear in a forthcoming edition of your employee newsletter, the AIT Altitude. We thank you for submitting this review to Glassdoor and we’re happy to know you’re enjoying the way the company is growing and changing.

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*

We’re disappointed to read that this was your experience. A respectful and professional workplace is the standard we expect across every team, and concerns related to conduct, fairness or retaliation are taken seriously. While we can’t address individual situations in a public forum, we do want employees and former employees to know there are channels available to raise concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We value feedback, even when it highlights areas where we may need to improve, and we wish you the best going forward.
