Small company, nice people, established processes, decent time off, cool science

Really rigid processes, training was not great, constant schedule changes for the lab

The employees that I worked with made work fun. It seemed that everyone had a high expectation of their work. The science was strong but the company needed a stronger HR and management roll.

While I was there, a major change happened with the CEO and CFO. The business development department was doing anything to get clients.
